We ship from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times are longer if outside of the metropolitan area.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing. (This excludes orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays)
Please allow 1-2 Buisness days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse during high volume peak periods.
In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left with your local Australia Post outlet details.
When ‘authority to leave’ is selected as the delivery instruction Bae is not responsible for any theft, damage and losses of your parcel.
Refunds for online orders are applicable to full price items only and will be returned to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and can be purchased via our returns portal for customers in Australia. Please contact customer care via the button below to start your return.
All returns must be sent within 14 Days of your order date. Once your return is received back in our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original form of payment.
Items can be exchanged online or in-store at our boutique in Hawthorn East, VIC. Exchanges will be offered to items that meet our Return Conditions.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and can be purchased via our returns portal for customers in Australia. If you use a courier or your choice we do recommend adding tracking to your parcel and emailing this information to our customer care team.
All Exchanges are shipped with standard post. Please contact customer care to start an exchange.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Our warehouse team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer care as soon as possible via email customercare@baethelabel.com. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Our click and collect service allows you the option to collect your online purchases directly from our warehouse in Hawthorn East.(VIC)
Click and Collect orders will be ready to collect the following day (Monday to Friday only) Orders placed before 1pm may be eligible for same day pick up, but please email baewarehouse@baethelabel.com to confirm.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Pick up is available Monday - Friday between 9.30am -3.30pm.
You can also browse our Bae Boutique when picking up your click and collect. Store hours are:
Tuesday - Friday - 10am - 4pm
Saturday - 10am - 2pm.
International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the bottom navigation. We offer DHL Express shipping for all international orders. Reference table below for shipping time and return fees to your country.

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties & taxes.
For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for the paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

Please contact our Customer Care team to start a return via the link at the bottom, they will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA number). See below for your return shipping options:
1. Pre-Paid Express Post Return
Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please consult the international shipping & returns table above for information about country-specific returns fees.
Once you have received your Return Authorisation Number, a pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Please note, the returns label expires within 10 days of issue if unused. Once you receive your returns label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us.
All returns must be sent within 21 Days of your order date. Once your return is received back in our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original form of payment.
2. Self Arranged Postage Returns
Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method.
All returns must be sent within 21 Days of your order date. Once your return is received back in our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original form of payment.
We recommend insuring your package and contacting our customer service at customercare@baethelabel.com with the tracking number once shipped.
We are unable to offer international exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions.
Purchases of E-Gift Cards are not currently supported for international customers. If you previously purchased or received an E-Gift Card that you would like to redeem, please contact our customer care team.
